Q: When should I phone to make an appointment?
A: As soon as you know you need one! We suggest you call as early as possible for an appointment that same day. The office is staffed from 8.45 am until 7.30 pm. An ansaphone is used if the office is left unattended for any short length of time.
Q: Can I make an appointment by email?
A: No, as a busy Clinic our lists are always changing and it is therefore better to talk to a receptionist for instant availability and confirmation of time allocated.
Q: My elderly mother has difficulty walking but I am sure she would benefit from some physiotherapy. Can you treat her in her own home?
A: Yes, we can arrange a home visit however, for your mother's comfort, it is advisable to be seen in the Clinic where we have all our equipment. We can usually arrange for a patient to be seen in a ground floor treatment room if stairs are a problem.
Q: Can you treat all sports injuries?
